PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Each candle is made to order. Once your product order has been received, it is then created, hand poured and allowed time to cure. After your candle has cured it will be carefully packaged up and ready to be shipped out to you in 2 weeks from the date of your order being submitted.

Please note that the lid to the 18 oz. candle lid is not secured to the glass. Please do not pick up the candle by the lid as it will not hold the weight of the candle being carried.

The 9 ounce amber jars are available in a limited quantity, once the quantity order has been reached, the amber jars will be marked as “sold out” until the next restock and release date.

We only ship to the domestic US.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the custom detail of each candle, there are no returns or refunds. If there are any issues with your order, please email us directly at c.1921CandleCo@gmail.com

Once your order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier it becomes their responsibility. Refunds will not be given for delayed deliveries or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier with any issues that may arise once your package has been placed with the shipping company.
